Hi first off. Great forum lots of info!! I recently got an MES 30" for a Christmas gift so I am pretty new to this. I was wondering if it's worth getting the cold smoke attachment? I know they say it's good for longer smokes and I also want to try some fish smoking. Is that the best thing? I see it on amazon for about $75
