So this is my first post to introduce myself since that seems to be the custom here. I don't like to use my real name online, perhaps I'm paranoid but thats just the way it goes.

I love to cook, always have. And grilling is one of my favorite ways to cook. I have only done foil packs of chips on the grill so far and I don't have a smoker yet but that's about to change

The Q-views are so good on so many posts. With a little advice to get me going I can't wait to show my first attempts with you.
