Vanilla Blackberry BBQ Sauce 1 Onion 1 tbs Garlic (or more ) 3 pints Blackberries 4 Tomatos 1c Molasses 1c Apple Cider Vinegar 1c Real Maple Syrup 2c Whiskey 1 tsp Ancho Powder 1 Vanilla bean scraped. tt Salt Sweat onion, garlic, blackberries, and tomatoes. Deglaze with whiskey and reduce to au sec. Add vinegar and reduce au sec. Add remaining ingrediants and simmer 30 minutes. Puree and strain.
