This is a great site and I hope to learn a lot about smoking as well as offer my own experiences and knowledge along the way. I spend much of my time hunting and fishing in Oregon and enjoy smoking Tuna, Kokanee and making my own Venison jerky and pepperoni sticks. I stumbled upon the Fatties and Moinks and I'm hooked!

I got a Smoke Hollow gas smoker for Christmas and have been having a blast spending the winter weekends breaking it in, seems to work well for my needs and I am very happy with it. 

Looks like there is a wealth of knowledge here and a great community of folks!

Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
