Thanks to y'all I piecemealed this together. One of the first warm days here in GA so I decided to fire up the egg. Smoked chicken stuffed with cream cheese jalapeños wrapped in bourbon barrel aged bacon. Smoked potato and Brussels. Got the BGE to 250 and let the chicken and potato cook indirect for about 3 hours. Put the veggies on last 30 mins. Greens cooked a little longer than I prefer but we were happy. Meat turned out perfect and potato didn't stand a chance. Cleaned plate, skin and all. Who's hungry??
