ok, heres the pic finally ... beans are nothin special ... just a big can of bushes .. with some diced up onions, mustard, brown sugar, ketsup, black pepper.. and a few other things added ...

going to start transferrin some of the meat to a cooler in a bit ...
 
ya know, if i could keep the postman from eatin it .. i would give the mail a try.. hehe

meat is in the cooler right now ... just stirrin the beans a little.. in about 30 more min they should be ready ... then will star to unwrap some of the beef and pork and see if i passed or failed this time round...

i finally did it! not only did it all look good ... but it tasted good enough that there is none left (other then the ones still in the cooler, which my kid does not know about shhhhh)

only problem i have now .. is it's hard to move from the chair ...

the beans turned out real good to ... not sure on the exact recipe ... ya know ... little of this, some more of that .. till they smell right .. but here is what was mixed in

big can of bushes beans (brown sugar, only kind i buy)
mustard
katsup
a little honey BBQ sauce
black pepper
brown sugar
Cap'n Morgans Spiced rum.
diced up red onion
