Just found this site today and have probably spent a little too long on here lol. This site is great.

Thinking about buying myself an indirect char-broil as a starting place unless people advise otherwise.

I have been slow cooking ribs now on my small Aussie grill for a while by placing the coals at the back and the ribs up front but still think its a little hot.

Anyway will continue to read and lear, just wanted to pop in and say g-day!

Cheers John
