Hey to all you fellow smokers ! Just wanted to say hi to everyone, my name is Ryan, im 32 and I live in st.Louis, Missouri. Ive always loved grilling and decided on to start smoking meat. I purchased a Masterbuilt 30inch electric smoker to get my feet wet . Im starting with some country ribs that ive had rub on since this morning. I plan on using apple wood chip and not sure if I should use water or apple juice or nothing at all in the pan at the bottom ??? I can already see this turning into a huge hobby for me. Its an art in my opinion and you get to eat it in the end so its great ! Would love any help for my first smoke country ribs ! Hope to make some friends and learn all the ways to smoke ! ! !
