Found a good buy at the local store on a couple packages of country style ribs. Just got done at the dentist so next weekend end is reserved for some good eats! Going to brine them, bake em slow in the oven, then grill em. Would love to smoke them, but as many know, someone else now owns my smoker! Think I will add some wood chips to the smoke chamber on the grill and get a bit of good taste anyway. About the last 10 minutes on the grill I'll add my favorite sauce and chows on!
