Chicken sausage with sundried tomato with fresh basil & mozzarella

    Wow! Those look awesome. Did you use high temp mozarella or just regular store bought?

    That does look really good! How is the texture of the tomatoes after cooking?
     
  4. Yes high temp mozzarella and CB I soaked them in olive oil along with the minced garlic overnight & they really softened up but didn't turn to mush they are really good. I will be honest these were more for the wife as I am not a huge sun-dried tomato fan but I had to try them.

    That's why I asked, not a big fan either, but, like you, the wife suggested that we try them.
