Buyer Beware...

    In Aug. 8tth I ordered a Nesco American Harvest 276-FD-60 for 54.99 from On Aug. 20th I shot them off an e-mail cause they don't have a # to call for customer service (?)[​IMG] , asking about my order. They replied by sayiing that they were waiting for shipment from the distributor. Now it's Aug. 26th and I fire off another e-mail telling them to cancel my order. They fire back an e-mail saying that they don't ship to a P.O. and to advise them on how to proceed. There is nothing posted on the web site about shipping restrictions regarding a P.O. box. I find this a very poor example of customer service, I had to initiate all the correspondence, so where is customer service? I finally replied by telling them to ship to my physical address. I would advise anyone to use caution if purchasing from this vendor.

    Gee I don't even ask about the order for a month. Most venders send a tracker thingy when it's shipped and I am pleasently surprised when I get something in a hurry.

    Debi, your right about vendors sending the buyer a tracking number. I usually get a tracking# within 3-5 business days, unless they let me know of some type of delay.
