Butt's and Ribs

  1. Decided to do 2 Butt's and country style Ribs after the car show...last night
    Butt's were 8# each...rubbed and wrapped
    Ribs 5# rubbed and wrapped
    heated gas smoker up to temp about 1630 hrs using pear wood and Jack Daniels wood chips..
    Pulled Ribs at 2020 hrs very tasty... late supper...made Dutch's wicked baked beans..used crushed pineapple instead of chunks spreads flavor more..

    wrapped butt's when temp hit 170..pulled them when they hit 200...
    let them stand for about 2 hrs in oven...pulled the meat finished with finishing sauce..made bbq sauce gonna have for lunch today...gotta love it..
