Beef ribs & yard bird

  1. Ribs are mustard base with Billy bones comp rub
    And the 1/4's are a hodge podge mix of what's in the spice rack
    All done at 225* for the 3/2/1 method for ribs sake.

    Ribs fell apart, maybe a bit overdone
    Chicken was spot on, and lucky for me I've got some for lunch tomorrow at work!

  4. I'm on a few interweb sites and I love it when others see the "details" in my photos!
    Almost spit out my beer on that one, I save them to use as drip trays or whatever before they hit the recycle bin.

    I saw the box and figured it was the back up plan if the ribs and chicken didn't work out!

    We can't even recycle our pizza boxes,it's done by the city and they won't pick it up if they see them.
