    Bought a pork loin on sale from Price chopper. Hair over 9 lbs. Cut in half, trimmed and had 1 at 4 lbs. 4oz.  Other at 3 lbs. 9 oz. Rubbed Hi Mountain BBB. Calculated and did rub on each. Wrapped and wrapped in plastic. Threw in beer fridge with out pan under neath and STIll leaked out! Rinsed off  beers as needed. post pics here in bout 10 days or so.

    This sliced thin with onion and fresh mater is the best besides BLT that we cured ourself.
