Anyone make mustard?

Yes it's Mirror Pond Pale Ale. The first one was pretty spicy and just about right for me. I had some today with some summer sausage and it was a perfect combo. We bumped up the batch size a little and ended up with  9 4oz jars. That should last a while unless my dad gives it all away! The second batch will be ready to blend tomorrow. Will let you know how it turns out. And thanks for the link.
 
The beer batch is done. It has a lighter taste and is lighter in color. Tastes more like some of the commercial whole grain mustard I have tried. Will post the recipe soon.
