I can't wait it's alot of fun every time. Not to mention tons of great smoked meat!!

They have held these in the past and hearing responses from those who have attended past seminar's if you are anywhere close to where they are having one, I would strongly suggest checking it out. I hear the door prizes and discounts are well worth it not to mention knowledge you can obtain.

Ya that is it he's in fairbanks iowa. It's an awesome seminar and day of samples and learning!!!
