After xmas turkey

    Tried my first turkey today came out pretty good, always looking for improvement, brined x2 days, Apple wood, and used MES 30in electric. Bird was in for about 6 hours and foiled for about a hour. Just wondering if anyone had suggestions for a dry rub/brine.
