I bet that was delicious. I had never had chicken and waffles until 2 years ago, my son was in the NICU and we were staying at the Ronald McDonald House. A volunteer brought chicken and waffles for supper one night for the people staying at the RMH. I loved it.
Then I was mad that I missed out on that great combination for 35 years of my life.

Scott those look great!!!, That is something I have never tried yet, You don't hear much of it up here in Canada. I love traveling throught the US, I have seen it a few times but have never tried it. Looks like I am going to have to give it a try..... Like.

Lol butt-man!

Holding the 35 year grudge! At least now you can have it whenever you want it!

Fried chicken and waffles are a real comfort food. Perfect Sunday dinner! And easy to make!

Try this... Turkey and Waffle:
I mix up my Thanksgiving stuffing (White Castle Stuffing) and drop it into the waffle iron. Top it with mashed potato, Turkey and gravy.

Sounds good coach! White Castle stuffing is great!

That sounds good. Been craving Thanksgiving for the last month!

Hey! Why don't people ever fry turkey? Like batter and fry? Turkey nuggets? It's like a big chicken.

Kris,

We fry almost all our wild turkey out here. We breast them, and one of my buddies wife’s pounds out the meat thin, batters it and fry’s it. It’s the best way to do wild turkey.
