Hey All?

Doing my pork and beans tomorrow. I have like 3 lbs of meat to brown. Can I do it in one batch on a flat sheet like cooking bacon? Otherwise it's like 3 batches in the wok.

If yes, then the answer is yes you can. I recommend 375*F and check it after 15 minutes to stir/flip so it does not burn on the bottom...then check after 10 minutes. should be good to go by then.

I do this with my hamburger sometimes , I also do it in the smoker to bring in the extra smoke flavour to the meal.
Do it the approx same temps that Keith @indaswamp mentioned. I do this for chili and even spagitti

If it's something like ground beef make sure it's big enough to catch all the grease. 3lbs will produce a good bit
