Pellet or Kamado for this turkey recipe?

Not overpowering if that helps out? When I do pulled pork on both grills I find the pellet grill has less smoke flavor but thats on the grills for several hours. I havent done a turkey before. Just poultry on the kamado but cooks quickly at higher heat.
 
I always prefer to go with “a little smoke goes a long way” especially for family gatherings. People that don’t eat bbq on the regular tend to be more sensitive to smoke. Just keep that in mind.
