I started a brisket this morning at 2:30 am hoping that it would be ready for Super Bowl dinner. Well for whatever reason it finished at 9 am!!! I have it wrapped up in a cooler right now but I'm worried it won't stay warm enough for dinner at 5 pm.
Do I have any options for reheating to raise the IT? My plan was to pop it in the oven for a few minutes but I'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks for any help you could give me.

How about in a shallow roasting pan with a rack to lift it off the bottom. Add some beer or beef stock, cover and into a 300 deg oven.

Moist heat.
