Thanks to Jeff & the gang for the New forum,was having SMF withdrawals.
MES fired up today with first spareribs, baked beans, couple fatties and ABT's. Between the 5 day course, months of reading SMF, I'm a backyard hero in my family.
Qview is of first ABT & Fatty. Ribs turned out super but didn't last long enough for photographic evidence. My son's have been sharing proof of the baked beans though...
Kudos to Masterbuilt for quick customer service, they sent a replacement latch when the 1st one fell off after 2 smokes. The new latch, is much heavier, looks great.
First time today with Mav remote thermo, range wasn't quite as far I wanted, but was cool watching the dual temps while watching TV, playing on the net and keeping warm inside.
