I'm in North FL, have been smoking about a year and have become passionate about it, am using a 7 year old kettle style charcoal grill for smoking, getting fairly decent at keeping 225 for hours without adding charcoal, have an electric MBS at the hunting camp, can't beat it! I will be getting one for the house soon! I usually make my own sauces and rubs and have gotten a lot of good ideas from SMF. Excellent forum!
