I'm from the bay area and I had to go out and buy a grill after a friend served me some smoked meat recently. It was so good and reminded me of thanksgivings when my uncle would include a smoked turkey with the holiday spread. I bought a Weber kettle, added a 2" thermometer and some expanded metal to the charcoal grate and I've been producing some some great meals since. I've been learning so much from Smoking-Meat.com, I'm ready to jump over here and learn even more. Thanks for the great resource everyone, this website rocks!
