So about 10 years ago, I used a firend's small Brinkman smoker to do 3 Boston Butts over a 3 month period. My wife and I recently won a (cheapy) Brinkman smoker in a charity raffle, and today, I began using it!
The burgers are2lbs of 80/20 beef, with some salt, fresh ground pepper, parsley, cummin, mustard, paprika, and worcestershire sauce. I also diced up an onion and carmalized it and mixed that into the meat as well, before forming 6 patties.
I did all of this why I was seasoning the grill with some cooking spray, for about 3 hours. I then pulled the burger patties out of the 'fridge to sit out at room tempuraturefor 30 min. while I got the mesquite onto the charcoal to smoke.
I've been basting the burgers every 15 min. with PBR, to keep them from dryin out. They are getting a nice color to them, with a hint of a reddish tint. They look good and juicey too!

...is that what you guys refer to as "Q-view?" Here is the progress thus far:
The thing that really makes this fun for me, is at the age of 32, I have only really begun learning to cook. For about the past year and a half (for about how long I have know the awesome woman who is now my wife), I've been grilling and cooking instead of eating out of a microwave. I hope these burgers cause her to rip her clothes off! :)
