Hello, my name is Heidi and I reside in the Thumb of Michigan. I've got an electric smoker that I've had for about 4 years now and of course a gas and charcoal grill. Have smoked a lot of different meats like ribs fish and butts but am really looking to get into sausage making, My husband and I are both hunters and would like to make our own sausages.
