Greetings all,
Nittany John here, I am a loyal Penn Stater that has been stuck in Buckeye land for 18 yeats now.
I have been an avid gas griller all my life and have tried adapting it to get some smoke flavor, but have not had any consistent sucess.
My kids gave me a upright Brinkman electric smoker for Christmas and I am looking forward to giving it a try. Any suggestions or advice would be geatly appreciated.
How much will outdoor weather conditions effect the results? Any rules of thumb? Would installing a thermometer be of much help?
Thanks in advance of anything any advice or tips that you might share.
Regards,
John
