Hey everyone, Montana is down to 55 in the daytime so its time for clam chowder. Is there any reason I can't cook it in the smoker? I always add liquid smoke to the stove top stuff, so it looks like it would work.
If anyone has a good recipe for chowder, (what a stupid question that was), please post it. I love, cream, butter, bacon, all that stuff thats gonna kill me.

But ya know what? I'm gonna die someday anyway, so I might as well go out, fat and happy.

Terry, I love your attitude. Go for it until it's gone. More power to ya. BTW, I've had smoked clams and they were great!

Sounds great Terry - I'd smoke the clams, taters onions and bacon first. I was talking to a guy at work about this yesterday. He just built the flower pot smoker like Brennans and I think he's hooked!

Unfortunately as we were making plans his wife called his cell phone histericaly screamming about their yard being invaded by a bunch of pigs never finished the plans.
