I picked this little smoker up for $10.00. Thought I would try it out with smoking some beef jerky.

Marinade over night

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

1 Table Spoon Brown Sugar

3 Table Spoons Cookies All Purpose Seasoning

Couple shakes of Red Pepper Flakes

Smoked using Cowboy Lump Charcoal and Hickory Chunks around 5 hours. First time using this type of smoker I had hard time keeping the temp where I wanted around 140. Got up to 180 a few times, which I think caused the jerky to be a little tough. But over all it turned out pretty good.

I have two R2 D2 units.....both given to me because of frustration trying to keep the temps correct.

One I use just for cold smoking with an AMNPS tray for the smoke. The other one I retro fit with an electric unit built just for the bullet. It has a dial on it to adjust the heat. Works great......for a little guy...
