I'm not a scientist. Need a simply buckboard bacon recipe to get me started. Your pics have me salavitating all over myself. Just simple cure and smoke please. My pic is Superbowl Sunday smoke and no I don't paint motorcycles and smoke. Staged for pic. Painted then cleaned up for the smoke.
By the way helmet came out good too.
This is the base for a House of Kolor Wild Cherry Kandy. Candies are transparent, so it shows in the sun.
Gave up painting for other people. Not my customers. Paint is $220/qt for some stock paint. PPG has just gone over the edge.
What's this got to do with smokin? I clean up, get my meat ready to smoke. Then I clean up my stainless work table and get some paint goin on. When I'm done painting I got some good eats. Current project: 1970 Plymouth Duster Pro Street 543, aluminum heads, 1/2 inch Stroker motor. $4,000 in engine parts, if the machine work comes in under $1500 I will be very happy. I just like smokin something.
