    Growing ghost peppers for the first time this year. I focus on jalepeno and birds eye for yeild's sake primarily. I know when I've branched out in the past I didn't see much of a harvest.

    Thaan charcoal?

    Anyone tried thaan charcoal? It's from Thailand and apparently if used properly can burn 6-9 hours. Just read an article about it. Free of excelerants, sustainable harvested and natural. Seems interesting....

    from the cold north of MN!

    Did a lot of traveling in my music days and probably enjoyed the bbq belt the most! Started smoking on a weber kettle 2 or 3 years ago and just got a WSM last year. decided to finally join the forum after aping a ton of recipes!
