    Just got my little WSM last week and broke it in with some Cornish game hens.  Let them soak in a brine of salt and brown sugar for 2 hours and used Lysander's poultry rub because I had it in the cupboards.     Hello from NH

    Hello all,  I took the plunge tonight and ordered a little Weber Smokey Mountain.  I grill year round on a propane grill and this is my first adventure with a smoker.  I have a million questions but will refrain and start reading, I have a lot to learn.  Great site you got here!
