Hi my name is Brian from Slaughter,Louisiana I am a prison Warden I love to cook and Bbq my rig was built in the prison vo-tech it is made out of a 350.00 gallon propane tank with a smoke box and additional upright smoker on trailer . Low and Slow is the method I like.- bigtipmuse
