I raised the lower grate to fit more fule and chunks. Than there is two cooking grates for standing ribs, beercaned chicken or hang smoked salmon.

Hi! Ive been longing to build my mini WSM for a while now. Since the pot used by others isn't available in sweden i decided to get mine done in a garage. Its a 0,5 m tall. Any ways, here are some pics of the build and the seasoning smoke.
