    I love making jerky I usually cut the round in a slicer 3/16 wide marinate then dry it off with paper towels then on the smoker 150 I shoot for but I don't watch it close I just let it go flip them over 2 hrs in then look for color and eat some if I like it I take it off I use hickory mostly on...
