    Door straps

if I'm understanding the correctly, you are trying to make bands that overlap the door and CC. I made mine on a ring roller and made them with a tighter radius than the actual tank so there was no way the bands would pull the door open.

    HOW/WHY

My pellet smoker definitely cooks faster than my rever flow stick burner. I’ve run them side by side and my pellet smoker seems to be about 30% faster. I think it’s just another tool and you need to learn how best to use it.

    Christmas Snow Storm Smoked Turkey

No sitting at the table. I was only outside long enough to put wood on the fire. I monitored the whole this remotely with a dual probe wireless thermometer.

I'm working through planning for our new venture coming in the Spring of 2018. I'm trying to picture our standard presentation. 1st Smoker Build - 300 gallon Reverse Flow

My smoker started as just the smoker. Soon after I added a warming oven a grill, hand sink, storage etc and the weight just added up. The added weight was planned for. I figured I'd point it out since you may want to add features down the road.

1st Smoker Build - 300 gallon Reverse Flow

How much space do you have between the tires and the fenders? I ask because the picture makes it look close and you don't yet have much weight on the trailer. With each piece you will set lower and lower and the first good bump on the road could send the wheel into the fender, maybe? I built...

Wings after ther chucks came off

I typically run my back ribs with the 2-2-1 method andwill put my wings on the smoker at the 3 hour point of the ribs. Also great if you can toss them on a hot flame to crisp them up.

    Completed small catering trailer.

I have cooked on it a few times while building it. The front multi use box has been interesting. I can cook high heat with charcoal but I also have it setup to work as a compact reverse flow with a fire box burried on one end at the bottom and a large water pan. I cooked 2 briskets at the same...
