I got a little further today. Next step is to mount it to the trailer. I want to see where it sits on the trailer before I brace the lid too much. How the bottom sits may rack the lid to one side or another. Also I want to level the cooking grate after it's on wheels.
Just started a new Cooker a couple days ago.
I cut and burned the drum. Then had to bang it around and cut a little more to get it to close back up. I'll get the sides on then add some corner braces to keep it square.

You can cut down your footprint and expense by going vertical. I would change a few things if I were doing it again. I just kind of stumbled upon all the brick and started putting it together without much thought.
