Got this for xmas and have already had an amazing time using it. My only problem is that they say it's a charcoal griller AND a propane Griller. In my opinion, without the charcoal, it's just an over, or broiler i guess. How can I use the propane to get DIRECT heat so I can GRILL some steaks...- spencer isaac
