Thank you crankybuzzard. The chicken brats are fresh. Would they be ok at 250. And how long. David said 5 to 6 hrs on the ribs. Do you know how long on the brats.

Hello everyone. I bought a mes for my husband for christmas. We live in falcon colorado altitude is about 6900. Do we need to adjust our temperature because of the high altitude. Also i want to smoke some ribs and chicken brats for him today while he is at work. Can anyone help me on...
