    Next question, I need to add an additional vent.  my air flow is not enough.   Anyone have a good idea for a vent design?????

    Well my smoker has performed great over the last year.   this is 70lbs of pork shoulder fuel source was lump charcoal to start and Almond wood logs after that.

    So i got ton of work this weekend.  I resized the FB, Mounted FB, built 2 cooking grates. I truly think i will be finished with the fabricating part of the build by next saturday.     Now a Few questions What do y'all do to keep the grease from rolling down the RF Plate ( not sure thats 100%...
