How Many Mes Owners Here?
After smoking on a Brinkman charcoal smoker for years, my wife got me a MES 40" for Xmas. I've had an opportunity to season it but living in far northern WI with the temps we've been living with, I have yet to put the new smoker to work. Absolutely love this forum!!
