    first time

    I got this electric smoker..can't find brand name, at a garage sale today. I had just got a nice chunk of wild boar. So I decided I'm gonna smoke it. I have NEVER smoked meat before. I am in my front yard...been smoking since 7:00pm..its 11:00 pm now..smells great...we will see if I got a feel...
