Cook Shack SmartSmoker SM160
I have a Cookshack SM150 commercial electric smoker and it is built like a tank. They no longer make that model but they do make the SM160 which is the same as my smoker but the SM160 is all stainless steel on the outside where mine is black powder coat finish on the outside. Otherwise...- tomraz

Mak 2 Star - Product release cycles?
MAK is always working on product improvement ideas, the good news is when they come out with one they engineer it to be backwards compatible. The MAK customer support is second to none.
