Red lined barrels
I left the liner in mine I have 2 smokes on it behind me and not a problem. The liner is a phenolic resin safe for long term food storage. The MSDS for the resin has no mention of off-gassing! Ready to start smoking again
I built a small UDS out of a 30 gallon drum and since then I have acquired a 55 gallon drum and now I'm on the lookout for the 22 inch grates at a reasonable price. The UDS turns out awesome que with hardly any work or knowledge of smoking meat.
