Aaron, the customer service issues were from years back. I bought a 110 two years ago and needed a replacement thermo coupler. Prompt service, and very polite. I love this thing and have used it 20-25 times with perfect results. I don't think you will be sorry. I'm glad I bought mine.- bubba q
