    It only rested probably 10-15 mins (couldn't wait any longer) I dont know the exact temp at cutting but was pulled out of the smoker at 130 degrees. But yes meat will continue to rise during resting period but if i was guessing it probably stayed at 130-135 degree ballpark

    The prime rib did not have a bone in it. And i honestly don't know the cut, I purchased it from a buddy who owns a local restaurant where he can buy cases of Ribeyes. I think it was only $7.00 lb.

    Yeah I would call it right at the line of Medium Rare/Medium. I believe 130 rested is Medium Rare and 135 rested is Medium.
