Thanks for the reply Noboundries! Yep I'm pumped about the new unit. The profile pic is some of the two butts I smoked yesterday. A 8 hour cook with peach and cherry. Came out great for a first try. The unit performed flawlessly. Best..to ya!- smokingsam55

Hey to all....SMF...!
Just wanted to say hello to everyone here at SMF. I just bought my first "real smoker" and had a great first cook on it yesterday. A Caubles Custom Fabrications patio smoker and could not be happier. Almost made the trek to Georgia to get a Lang but found Travis up in Salisbury and man am I glad...- smokingsam55
