    That's ok I figured it out I mixed 5 cups to 1/2 cup water to 2 tablespoons potato starch. I didn't mix water with wood this time comes out crappy. I took a small amount of water out of my 1/2 cup and mixed the starch up. Microwave the rest of the water about 2 min. Mix the starch one more time...

    Well I went and got a heavy duty blender it works for chips. But I don't know if it will work on my peach wood I don't know if I want to cut it up. If not I will probably be better off selling it and just go buy chips and make my own Bradly briquettes out of that.

    biggest piece it's all between 3 inch to 1/2 inchs most are small. Thank you for the response. The Tbucket is my husbands nice Vette.

    Well it came out nice and tender kinda dry a little bit but not bad after you put the au jus sauce on it. I'll post pictures when i take it out of the ice chest After ice chest meat was much better you don't have to even chew it. It just melts in your mouth like dissolves pretty much.

    Just took it out at 140 smothered the whole top with soaking sauce and wrapped it up in foil. The funny part is I have never smoked a deer steak before. If this tastes a awesome as my brisket I won't be grinding the steak meat up anymore for sausage and hamburger meat.
