What to you do when your Char griller 9020 give you a "ERR" message?
I called Char Griller direct and they had me check connection wires in control box area. I found nothing wrong there and tried to start the 9040 again, again I received the ERR message. I called them back and they are sending me a new heat sensor as I'm still under warranty. I will let you know...- jclittig
