    Smoker build question

    Hello I'm new here, I'm building a cabinet type smoker, I have a few questions. 1- I'm building the cabinet out of mild steel and do you need to remove the mill scale on the steel on the inside of the cabinet? 2-what kind of stainless steel do I need for the racks? Thank you Steve :usa:
